Conflict Prevention and Resolution through IEP Meeting Facilitation: NEUTRAL FACILITATOR TRAINING
This brand new offering is an intensive, one-day workshop designed for experienced professionals who facilitate complex, high-emotion IEP meetings.
Unlike a standard IEP team member facilitator, a Neutral Facilitator serves as an external guide and process expert who represents neither the district nor the family. The Neutral Facilitator training equips participants with the specialized “art and science” of neutrality to ensure that even the most contentious meetings remain focused on the needs of the student.
Simulated practice and high-conflict role-plays allow the opportunity for participants to practice their skills in a safe environment where expert trainers provide individualized coaching and feedback based on real-world scenarios.
