What is Key2Ed’s refund policy for something I bought from the website?
Any item ordered from the Key2Ed, Inc. website may be returned for a full purchase price refund when the following procedure is followed:
- The returned item(s) must be received at Key2Ed’s main office within 30 days of the date of purchase as shown on your receipt
- The returned items must be in substantially the same condition as they were when shipped from Key2Ed’s office
- The returned items must exhibit no damage
